The MBS Group has spent 14 years inside London's corporate world — in offices, at trade shows, and on event floors — delivering professional wellness to teams who need it most. Over that time we've worked with organisations including The Telegraph, UFC, LADbible, Joseph, Fora, Canopius, and Next Model Agency, among many others.

The feedback from HR managers and people teams is consistent: session day becomes the highlight of the week. Employees schedule it after big deadlines, before difficult meetings, and at the end of bruising quarters. That's not a coincidence. It's what happens when a business genuinely invests in its people.

Why organisations choose The MBS Group

I strive to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that caters to a diverse range of clients. As an experienced therapist, I am committed to meeting the unique needs of each individual in today's fast-paced world.

1/

A safe and professional environment-

Every session is designed to make employees feel genuinely comfortable — not just physically relaxed. We take time to understand individual needs before we begin, and we create an atmosphere where people feel safe to arrive as they are. Your team's wellbeing is not a transaction to us. It's the whole point.

2/

Adaptable to your workplace-

No two offices are the same. Some teams have a quiet room and an hour. Others have an open plan and fifteen minutes. We adapt to your environment, your schedule, and your people — not the other way around. Every visit is tailored, not templated.

3/

Confidentiality as standard—

What happens in a session stays in a session. Whether an employee wants to decompress in silence or needs to talk through what's on their mind, everything is treated with complete discretion. That trust is something we've built over 14 years and take seriously.

4/

Genuine passion for this work—

The difference between someone going through the motions and someone who genuinely cares shows up in the room immediately. We care about the outcomes — not just the session. That's why clients come back, and why their teams ask when we're coming next.

The Backstory

Sebastian grew up in London but spent his formative years in Miami, where he trained formally as a massage therapist. The path there wasn't planned — it started with his mother.

After an accident at work left her in significant pain, she asked Sebastian to help. He had no formal training at the time. But something happened that neither of them expected: the swelling reduced, the pain eased, and within a week she was back at work. That experience — the immediate, tangible impact of skilled touch on someone's quality of life — became the foundation everything else was built on.

What followed was 14 years of working inside London's corporate world, session by session, office by office. What Sebastian found consistently was that the physical and the personal are inseparable. People carry their stress in their bodies. They carry their worries into work. And when given a moment of genuine care and attention, they open up — and often leave lighter than they arrived.

That insight shapes everything The MBS Group does. We're not here to provide a service and leave. We're here to be the kind of wellbeing partner that makes a lasting difference to the people and organisations we work with.
